1. Correctly evaluate the viscosity of the material, and avoid overload.
2. The working head can not be bottom-up placed, otherwise the residual liquid will flow into the bearing.
3. The device is recommended to be placed off center for running.
4. The device shall be thoroughly cleaned up or further be blown to dryness after it is out of commission.
5. Regularly rotate the main shaft to check whether the weight is uniform or whether there is any irregular noise, if any irregularity is found, the bearing shall be replaced or repaired in time.
6. The working head shall be correctly connected and tightened with the motor.
7. Do not operate without any medium.
8. Regularly check whether the PTFE bearing bush is worn, and replace in time if any obvious worn position is found.
9. The frequency converter shall be protected from water and dust, but it can not be sealed by a plastic bag, otherwise the heat emission will be influenced.
10. Check whether the motor rotates in a correct direction.
11. Elevate the device to the lowest position when it is out of commission.
