The material will pass through the working chamber momentarily and can be processed uniformly in a shearing probability, as a result, the particle diameter can be narrowed, and the uniformity can be improved. The quality deference among batches can be eliminated on line, and therefore the quality can be constantly maintained. Different modular combinations of stator and rotor can satisfy the requirement of different working conditions. The device can be designed into an on-line metered mixer for intensive production. It is equipped with the function of short distance and low lift head conveying.
